"Cassie is someone who holds a true passion for sports and fitness that stems all the way back to her childhood. She loves working collaboratively with her clients to achieve their fitness goals, which she achieves through HIIT and resistance training.

'Teamwork makes the dream work' according to Cassie, as she relishes in group training sessions where the intensity and comradery is high. When Cassie isn't running HIIT sessions, you'll find her tearing it up on the netball court, relaxing at the beach or whipping up some tasty treats."
